1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, company, email, country, message).
  • Financial documents you upload for analysis (bank statements, profit & loss, and optionally balance sheet and receivables/payables aging).
  • Basic technical data needed to run the website securely (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To prepare and deliver your Financial Health Report — legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To reply to your enquiries — legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.

We do NOT use your financial data for profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making, and we never sell or rent it.

4. How long we keep it

Uploaded financial documents Deleted 90 days after report delivery (or sooner on request)
Delivered report (PDF) Kept only as long as needed, then deleted on request
Contact enquiries Up to 12 months if no engagement follows
Invoices & accounting records Retained 7 years, as required by Estonian law

5. Who can see your data

Access is limited to the QAZER analyst preparing your report. We use a small number of trusted service providers (e.g. secure file storage, e-signature, payment processing) strictly to deliver the service. They act as our processors under written agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

6. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union / European Economic Area. If any provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

7. Your rights

  • Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
